Florida has a very broad Public Records Law. Most written communications to or from State and Local Officials regarding State or Local business are public records available to the public and media upon request. Your email communications may therefore be subject to public disclosure.

American’s with Disabilities Act Information

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law on July 26, 1990 with provisions to ensure that persons with disabilities have access to employment, state and local government services, transportation, public accommodations, and telecommunications.

In March 2010, the Americans with Disability Act was amended thereby resulting in revisions to the Standards by the U.S. Department of Justice.

While the Village Community Development Districts strive to ensure all District owned facilities affected by the change in legislature are in compliance, we encourage all residents to have an active part in this process.  Please use the link below to leave your comments or questions relating to the District facilities’ ADA compliance.  You can also leave comments by calling or e-mailing the Districts’ ADA Coordinator.  For additional information on the Districts’ Grievance Procedure, please click on the form and procedures links below.
