Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description (partial): Acts as first contact with customers and assists customers on the phone and in the office with questions, issues and concerns.
Requirements Include:
•High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Previous experience in sales or customer service positions required.
•Proven proficiency in computer skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package involving Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Power Point.
•Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents.
•Excellent verbal communication skills and professional appearance.
•Ability to successfully communicate, and positively problem solve, with diverse members of the public.
•Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
Strong work ethic and commitment to providing optimal Customer Service
Ability to be well-organized & successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple demanding deadlines
