Paying Off Your Bond

You can pay off your bond at any time during the year.

Contact the Bond Team at 352-751-3900 for the exact payoff figure.

Payoff amounts provided will include the $10.00 County Lien Release Filing Fee.

Payments must be made in the form of a check (personal check is fine).

Checks should be made payable to VCDD # X (use your District #).

Payments can be made in person at the District Customer Service Office at 984 Old Mill Run in The Villages.

Please contact our office in advance to schedule an appointment.

In about 4-6 weeks, you will receive a copy of the Release of Imposition stamped that it has been filed at the County office.
