State of the District Meetings

Communication is an integral part of the success of any organization - not only in how we engage with our external "customers" (residents, guests, visitors, etc. ), but also how we engage our internal customers – our staff. One of our strategic initiatives this year was to increase and enhance communications throughout our organization, with the intention to provide each of you better connectivity to updated information regarding capital projects, major programs and District initiatives.

More frequent and transparent communication helps strengthen our service level to all levels of customers, helps avoid surprises, and provides follow-up for concerns that you may have on how changes may impact your ability to be successful as a valued team member. We developed yearly all staff ‘State of the District" meetings with the goal to ensure transparency of communications and reinforcement of our ongoing encouragement of employee engagement as we continue to develop our strategic initiatives.

We are pleased to provide the videos and presentations from these meetings here for ease of access for those who may not have been able to attend, or for review for those that did.
