Capital Improvement Plans

A major goal for the District and Boards was the development of a Capital Improvement Plan. A Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a management and planning tool to help ensure the sustainability of the District. The CIP is a multi-year plan that identifies capital and major maintenance projects along with a funding plan.
